Use the latest available version of the app. Requires iOS 18 or later. If a problem occurs, note what you were doing and any error message before restarting the app. Do not force-quit during an active export.

Subscriptions and billing

If a feature cannot access a device resource it needs, open iOS Settings, find Plant Identifier: AI, and review the permissions available for that feature.
